Why These Options?
Golden Mountain Montessori follows the teaching philosophy and methods made popular by Maria Montessori, which are respected, loved, and proven in cultures around the world.
A key tenant of Montessori curricula is the 'cohort', which creates 'normalization'. This means that a child is happy and well-adjusted within a peer group of slightly older and younger children. This foundation creates the emotional stability, confidence, and leadership opportunities that make Montessori children well-rounded early achievers.
Because of the significance of the cohort, we only offer full-day schedule options, in an attempt to strike a balance between staffing budgets, facility size, and our educational philosophy.

What About Before and After Care?
We offer flexible plans for those families that need a little extra care time in their day. Regardless of your child's weekly schedule, you can add on early arrival or late pickup for as many days as you wish. Like our tuition plans, we do want to keep consistency for a month at a time, as this is best for our staff and the children's cohorts. Due to staffing requirements, if a particular early/late plan or day of week does not have two or more children enrolled, we may need to work with you on alternate plans.

Early Arrival 7:00 am-8:00 am $450/month for 5 days/week, proratable down to 1 day/week (minimum applies)

Late Departure 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm $450/month for 5 days/week, proratable down to 1 day/week (minimum applies)
